That's why we offer free U.S shipping on all orders over $50!
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS and customers can expect to receive their package within 7-9 days at the most. All packages are shipped from the US!
You will receive an email with your tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped out!
Terms of service shipping
We are not liable for any items lost or damaged in the mail. If your items have been processed by us and shipped out by us we have done our part! We are not liable for any lost or damaged items in the mail. We are not liable for any items that taking longer than expected in the mail, thus resulting in you not receiving them. You are bound by our terms of service when choosing to purchase from our store and we have clearly stated and pre-warned you of our policy and terms. Any bank transaction chargebacks will be met with supported documentation that we did our part by shipping out your items and are not liable for mail service issues. You have been provided a tracking number and have been instructed how to follow up with the mail carrier or you can file a claim with your tracking number with the mail carrier.
1. Shipping Process: Once your order is processed and shipped, we provide you with tracking information to monitor your package along the way. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your package in a timely manner.
2. Liability for Missing or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items that occur during the shipping process. Any issues related to the condition or delivery of your package should be taken up directly with the shipping carrier, either USPS or 17 Track, as we are not liable for any shipping-related issues once the package leaves our facility.
3. Refunds and Chargebacks: We do not offer refunds or accept chargebacks for missing or damaged items during shipping. All chargeback requests due to not recieved (with the post office showing clearly it was delivered to the address provided to us) will be denied, and we will not be held liable for any chargeback claims. Any chargeback will be considered the responsibility of USPS or 17 Track, not our company.
4. Order Fulfillment: We fulfill and ship all orders promptly and accurately. Any discrepancies after the order has been shipped should be reported directly to the shipping provider.

All presale items take up to3-5 business days to be processed and shipped out* Please note that the items that are labeled as presale are the ones with longer turn around time. It can be sooner but a presale item is not an item that is on hand so please keep that in mind whenever you are ordering.
We will no longer be issuing refunds for presale items due to the turn around time if it's within our stated time frame. It is within our policy that this is the time that it takes to receive the item. You can also see on product descriptions when an item is considered a presale.
