All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a refund. We pay our staff for processing your order and packing it and pay for shipping, so please be conscious of this rule.

We do not accept returns for these bags due to limited inventory and high demand. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, color, and photos before purchasing. We carefully inspect and package each item to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Clothing Returns
All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. The store credit that will be given is the amount paid for merchandise prior to shipping. Charlie Brae is not responsible for payment of return labels if you need to return an item for exchange. All items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the item in order to receive a store credit. Once we receive your item and do a quality check you will be emailed a store credit code to enter at checkout for your exchange purchase.

Jewelry—especially earrings—comes into direct contact with skin and piercings. For health and sanitation reasons, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility. This follows standard industry practices used by many leading retailers.
2. Product Integrity & Wearability
Jewelry is delicate and can be easily altered through wear, exposure to skin oils, perfumes, or environmental elements. We cannot guarantee the condition or authenticity of returned items.
3. Inventory Control & Limited Stock
Many of our jewelry pieces are limited-run or boutique-sourced. Accepting returns makes it difficult to maintain accurate inventory and continue offering exclusive styles to our customers.
4. Protection Against Fraud & Abuse

1. Shipping Process: Once your order is processed and shipped, we provide you with tracking information to monitor your package along the way. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your package in a timely manner.
2. Liability for Missing or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items that occur during the shipping process. Any issues related to the condition or delivery of your package should be taken up directly with the shipping carrier, either USPS or 17 Track, as we are not liable for any shipping-related issues once the package leaves our facility.
3. Refunds and Chargebacks: We do not offer refunds or accept chargebacks for missing or damaged items during shipping. All chargeback requests due to not recieved (with the post office showing clearly it was delivered to the address provided to us) will be denied, and we will not be held liable for any chargeback claims. Any chargeback will be considered the responsibility of USPS or 17 Track, not our company.
4. Order Fulfillment: We fulfill and ship all orders promptly and accurately. Any discrepancies after the order has been shipped should be reported directly to the shipping provider.
